Quality Assurance & Inspection
Our highly qualified quality team support the full product cycle, from prototyping, through trialling and finally full-scale manufacturing. Covering these steps is crucial for consistent quality, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
Members of the team are trained in quality best practice and improvement tools, including Lean Six Sigma methods, to eliminate defects and improve processes.
Product inspection involves evaluating the following criteria:
- Dimensional Accuracy: Verifying physical dimensions for components of any complexity.
- Visual and Surface Quality: Inspecting for visual defects.
- Functional Testing: Samples are checked against mating parts or thread compatibility.

Qualification & Validation
We offer a full suite of qualification processes and documentation tailored to your unique requirements. That varies from providing basic Dimensional Reports and samples, to specific requirements for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
