	Design Concepts We offer the support engineers need in designing components with 3D modeling, material selection, tooling options, converting metal parts to plastics and cost analysis.
	Product Introduction We can help with every step needed to introduce a product on a tight schedule this could include prototyping, reverse engineering, tooling management, quality planning and producing First Article Inspection reports.
	Component Moulding Rediweld offers a full range of moulding technologies, thermoplastic injection, thermoset compression and rubber moulding. We process engineering grade and high temperature maetrials.
	Machining and Finishing Moulded parts and assemblies often require secondary operations to produce a close tolerance or provide features that are costly or impractical to mould. We offer in house machining, turning and drilling as well as finishing.
	Assembly and Testing We can provide the assembled part you require which might involve bonding or fastening, inserting, painting, RFI/EMI Shielding, cleaning, ultrasonic welding. We can also provide mechanical electrical or NDT testing.
